Having data warehouse problems and failures? Be a team worker. By displaying the fact that you are not above helping wherever there is a need, staff members will gain respect for you. Because they know that you will do what is needed, they will believe you are being fair when you ask the same of them. There will be days when not all of the staff shows up, so be prepared to take on a variety of tasks. Report hazards! If you see anything that isn't as it should be, tell your floor manager. If you ignore, you are responsible for any accident due to it! Some of the things that the safety officer will look into include correct installation of the storage rack systems. They must pass the standards set by the Health and Safety Regulations board. Additionally, the installation of the warehouse must be in accordance with the SEMA Codes and Guidelines to ensure that the entire racking system is correctly fitted and securely installed.
